- Welcome to Purefoy Kindergarten! I am thrilled to be part of this new adventure. My name is Mrs. Hawkins and I will begin my 7th year of teaching this year. I have taught 2nd grade for 2 years, 1st grade for 1 year, and this will be my 4th year teaching kindergarten. I grew up and graduated from Plano Senior High, and then Texas Tech University. Wreck em' Tech! When not teaching I spend time with my family. My husband Andreas and I have been married for 3 years this November. We have an one year old named Hudson, who is always on the go. We have two dogs; Harley the Shih-Tzu and Nixon the Weimaraner. I enjoy shopping, cooking, being with my friends, and go out to eat. I cannot wait to meet all my new Kindergarten friends next year.
